1General Terms & Conditions

By using the EX 66 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to both the EX 66 website and mobile app.

EX 66 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the platform along with the effective date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

EX 66 provides services exclusively to adults residing in Bangladesh. Access from any country where online gaming or betting is prohibited is strictly not allowed.

2Account Rules

To register on EX 66, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Any account registered by a person under 18 will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• You must provide complete and accurate personal information at the time of registration. Incorrect names, addresses, or phone numbers are not permitted.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Renting, selling, or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

EX 66 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. There are no processing fees for deposits.

For withdrawals, please note that funds can only be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit — if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will go back to bKash. Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that you have placed bets equal to or greater than your total deposit amount.

Any transaction issues must be reported to the support team within 24 hours. Claims submitted after this window may not be processed.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

EX 66's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to change from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonuses not used within the specified period after being credited will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Winnings from free bet bonuses are subject to turnover requirements before withdrawal.
• EX 66 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice.

If EX 66 finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus on that account and suspend the account if necessary.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on EX 66:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the cash out feature is available.
• If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, EX 66 will refund or recalculate the bet amount as appropriate.
• Bets that are not confirmed due to disconnection during live betting or technical errors are considered void.
• EX 66 relies on data from its odds providers. If any odds are published in error, EX 66 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

6Identity Verification (KYC) Process

In line with EX 66's security and anti-money laundering policy, identity verification may be required in certain cases. This is for the protection of both the user and the platform.

• KYC verification is mandatory for single withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.
• KYC verification may be requested at any time if unusual activity is detected on an account.
• KYC documents typically include: National ID (NID) or passport, a selfie, and a bank or mobile banking statement.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the KYC process is completed.

All KYC information submitted is stored and protected in accordance with EX 66's privacy policy. No data is shared with third parties — except where required by law.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on EX 66 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false information or using someone else's details to claim a bonus.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a bet.
• Sharing your account login credentials with a third party or selling your account.
• Using EX 66 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

8Responsible Gaming

EX 66 believes betting is entertainment — not an addiction. That's why we encourage every user to play responsibly.

9Terms Update Policy

Updated terms take effect from the date of the change. Any bets or transactions placed under the previous terms will continue to be processed under those terms.
